All, Could you please pray for DJ Staffer Roy Boyd... He went in for a heart surgery for a defect. While at the hospital he suffered an anuerism and they had to do a surgery on his brain. Roy served our country in the armed forces and is a HUGE advocate of Duck Junkies and an awesome friend to many. I will try to post updates here but there is also a Facebook page, Hope for Roy Boyd.

Please pray for all of the families that have been affected by all of the severe weather in the South today. An EF-5 tornado that was 1 mile wide swept through Tuscaloosa, AL this afternoon and into Downtown Birmingham during rush hours. Many buildings have been demolished and their inhabitants are missing in both cities. The mayor of Tuscaloosa, in his own words, said that his city was "Obliterated".

Loving God, your embrace supports all in life, your spirit watches over in death. We bless you for the joy shown by Jesus in children, and for the assurance that to such belongs the kingdom of heaven. Even in their sorrow allow them to commit themselves and those they love into your care and keeping. Forgive all who take your gifts for granted, lift the guilt from all and bring all to trust in the love you offer us. In their confusion during this trying time help them to trust what we cannot understand. In their aching loneliness may they remember in love, trusting him into your keeping until that eternal morning breaks; through our Saviour Jesus Christ.
