With the season just around the corner, most all of our thoughts revolve around decoys, blinds, shells, and that first flight with feet down on opening morning. And with good reason. There is nothing quite like that feeling of being surrounded by creation and enjoying fellowship with our close friends and family. And most of us will take time to quietly reflect on God’s love and the beauty of His creation as the sun rises. Some will be so bold as to declare a time of prayer before leaving the ramp or before shooting time. But are we missing something else? Are we missing a golden opportunity to change someone’s life? Are we missing the real reason why God gave us duck blinds?

Fear Of God

Since I have met my wife my faith in God has become stronger. Before I met her I never really went to church unless it was a school mass (Catholic Schools). I never found anything that drew me in and made me want to learn more or even understand. On our second date Sarah told me to "get dressed we are going to church". When we left that day she asked me what I thought. My response was, "how come no one could explain it to me that way before?" Since then I have made steps in my faith. What Is "God In My Blind"

What is "GOD IN MY BLIND"?

It is a place for waterfowlers to be reminded of  their blessings, their fellowship, and expierences.

Who are we talking to?
The people that believe that out in a blind, no mater if its on land or water, it too is a church.

What do we believe?
In GOD and to respect all Gods creature's on land, water, air and also to other hunters. Helping others, by giving away your bag for the day to some one less fortunate. Not just to increase the amount of game you can harvest but to be kind. Lending a hand to someone in need, and help them become better hunters.

Who do we pray for?
Everyone. We pray that everyone we know and haven't meet yet has a safe and fun day, and that we all get to go home to our loved ones.
(and lots of birds)

I was born and raised in Minnesota. I was born south of the twin city's and raised north of the twin city's. My father started taking me hunting when I was 3. I will never forget as a kid out in the duck blind with my dad. Thinking it was the coolest thing and that I'm cool too. And that's when my "Aducktion" set in. And it hasn't stopped yet.
